Burchard Park Pond Has All Dead Fish
This is a terrible fishing spot. It is totally eutrophicated, as you can tell by the thick layer of green over then entire pond and the dead fish lying on the surface and the fish bones on the banks. It is gross and a complete waste of time. You won't catch fish because they are all dead. Yes, I have caught fish there in the past, but the fertilizer used on the baseball fields must have ruined the pond. I enjoy fishing very small, and not necessarily productive ponds, but just don't spend your time at this one, it is a waste.
