Went to have a little fun with light gear. Lot's of action, landed 2 in an hour and a half, 5lber and 7lb 9 oz. medium action rod and 6 pound line, using a trout power bait setup with frn=ench bread crust as bait.

Another thing, dead carp all along the shoreline, and a kayaker told me the same in Mystic river
