Don. Take all the money you're saving by not ice fishing and buy an olde town or a hobie!!!! Pedals are the way to go.

I like braid but be careful when fishing a rocky lake. Braid is super strong but will snap instantly if it nicks a rock. Braid with a flouro leader is what I use.

Be careful when picking up garbage. I always have a bag on me and was picking up garbage at the wachusett res. What I thought was a pen was a needle.
