Any good trout streams near Westwood, Dedham, Canton area?

I heard that Traphole Brook in Norwood/Walpole gets stocked every spring and is a decent spot to throw some spinners. Any other suggestions on good places for stocked and wild trout (preferably a river, but any pond would work great too!) in the Norfolk County area?
