| Ok so friday taking family out know on are new 17ft aluminum boat for day of fishing we went about 2 weeks ago, caught 2 fish all day, only used night crawlers, so was thinking would it be a good idea to use shinners out there this time ? Also if anyone knows of any good spots while we are out that would be great thanks |

| Not sure how far up river you are willing to go. The best smallie fishin is in NH, once you get to the "blown out" bridge. Ancor up on the edges of banks with eel grass or banks with lots of wood on them. |
