Thanks for posting this, I just read through the rules and it seems pretty straightforward. One question, how many people show up to these tourney's? I'm considering giving it a try, I'm home during a few of them, and some of them are on lakes I fish often anyway, so it would be super close. I guess I'm a little intimidated since its only my third year of kayak fishing. Are they pretty serious tourney's or more laid back and fun?

That would be great, man. =)

Last year was our first year, but we averaged 10 anglers per tournament. I'm assuming we've grown and will have more this year.

Anyway, we do take this serious, competitively anyway, but it's still pretty laid back and definitely fun. No drama, no egos, no fights or anything like that. Most of us have become pretty good friends, you know.

The Winnipesaukee tournament is a KBF event we're hosting, so it'll be a much more professional kind of thing.
