Was out after work yesterday at the Ashland Reservior fishing some fallen trees with a pumpkin Booyah Boo Jig with a Gambler Otter as a trailer, I was dragging it across the bottom and I got a very light strike. I set the hook and immediately realized this is no dink. I brought the bass to the bank, which was a little to high for me to grab him from and he eventually shook the jig at my feet. The fish was a true beast, it had a MASSIVE head, if I were to guess at least 6.5lbs...biggest bass I've seen in person. All my big ones have come off at my feet this year... Crying or Very sad

Nice! I've never fished out your way, but I know some water here have bass that size and larger. They don't come along often. At least you got see her! Congrats!

Good to hear - the few times I've fished there I never got any LMBs over maybe a pound and a half.
