| anyone know about water temp. spawn. pre spawn etc. im from MA but live in CA. Coming back next early may for a week and am curious about the Bass fishing. . . . |

| I think the water needs to be around 55 degrees for the fish to start to move up for spawn. Right now the water is still pretty cold. Probably still a couple weeks away from some consistent action. |

Wednesday, May 7 was nice weather. I got my first sunburn of the year. Large shiners were killin' Largemouth in deeper water. |
