I know of one in Plymouth for sure. I've seen him at like 530-6 am whenever I fish this pond and I've never seen him when I night fish that same area.
I also read about in the paper a few months back that they found a nest in Pembroke but they won't release any info on it.
Wow really Plymouth and Pembroke? That's awesome, I'd love to see some Eagles in the area. That's definitely a good sign for the environment. Possibly even points to fish stocks increasing! We can only hope haha.
I saw one at spot pond in stoneham in mid may. I couldn't believe it because i didnt expect to see one there but a few others confirmed the sighting. It was enormous!! I have been fishing there for years and that was the first and only time I've seen it
that list I posted mentioned Stoneham. I assume it was at spot. The Arlington sighting is at Mystic lakes. I've never seen one there but believe the reports. There was one lurking around Horn as well a few years back.
I was at mystic one day and there were a bunch of people there with cameras. One of them said there's the eagle and they all started shooting. It was definitely not an eagle. An Osprey I think it was
Saw one this year on Massapaug in Dunstable. It landed on a big branch and just watched me fish a section of the pond. Beautiful bird and a treat to see.
My stepfather was kayaking on Putnamville Reservoir last year. Came around a point and one was sitting on a tree limb not 15 feet from where he was. They're so cool.
While i went on my trip up to NH i saw an eagle everyday there was a nest on Stamp Act Island and i started there everyday and without fail there she was everyday and man was that an absolute massive bird!
