Not only would they hold on longer, but give em enough and the fight would be 10x better! Probably need 10lb for the littlest scrappy perch!

I second what Heron25 has stated: Love the fight, the thrashing, the aggressive hit.

Any Pickerel over 2lbs is a hard fighting fish. Under that weight not so much.

A buddy and I had a failed attempt on getting his jon boat on top of my honda pilot but we had our hopes of hitting the concord river tonight (friday) any spots we could get to would be appreciated!
