Snake River Bridge After Dinner

The Snake River Bridge supports Bay Road as it passes over the outlet from Winncunnet Pond in Norton. There is a small parking area with an unimproved dirt boat launch to allow small canoes, paddle boats, kayaks, row boats and the like, access to the pond under the bridge. I generally like to fish from the bridge on the pond side at sunset and especially when the wind is getting the water moving a little quicker.

  • I have taken my canoe down the river and in the lake, its a nice spot can be weedy at times. Caught some nice bass and picks out of there.
