Long walk in to pond thru woods with no good place to put in kayak but good fishing. Very little weeds except for along edges and one submerged island with plants above water level. Water drops off sharply but I was lazy and didn't bring fishfinder so I am not sure exact depths. Caught sunfish, perch, pickerel but almost exclusively bass most of keeper size. Used crawfish shallow swim bait, bomber 8' dive swim bait, gold/orange spoon, and assorted plastics. Worth the long carry.
