Boonin' It!

I had the pleasure of heading out on Boone for the majority of the day on Saturday with Chuck and Andy. We headed to the cove as the snow stopped falling and had high expectations for the day. We set about 12 traps up and there was no action for the first 20 minutes. We started playing golf on the ice, with a sandwedge and a few golf balls.....I thought to myself, Tiger who? Shortly after that the action got steady. We were pulling flags about every 10 minutes for the next 4 hours. The biggest bass of the day came from Andy as he caught a 3 1/4 and 3 lber. Chuck and I each added a couple 2 pounders and Chuck also had a nice Picky. The day resulted in around 20 fish and 30 flags, and ofcourse a bunch of laughs!
