my opinion is buy the scale...it costs about the same as 3 packs of senkos!!

Agreed. And if you happen to be like me and still don't have a scale, just give the measurements you actually took.

Just to throw it out there,a 16.5 lb tiger musky(current leader)came out of spy this year.It seems spy doesnt cough up many but when it does,they're pigs.

Was that through the ice?

Pike also usually have spots on their fins, whereas pickerel usually do not.
