I use my cart all the time,I made it with a milkcrate and the wheels off a Big Wheel, works awesome but the plastic wheels are kinda loud,lol

I use pline cxx copolymer. I've tried mono and fluro. The copolymer is the best of both worlds. Manageable on the spool but strong. I use 8# test on one rod and 12 on the other.
