It appears to me that the same large boulders are in place to discourage putting in from that location. And people have been able to work around them. The rocks have been there for quite some time, ...

Sam, saw you mentioned the Powell Max Crankbait Casting Rod 704 CB 7' M MF. Curious what applications you found it best for? I almost pulled the trigger on one of those a while back, was going to us ...

I did the same thing with the regular Lew's tournament (not MG). Great deal, I'll end up paying $90 for a $150 reel. The reels were actually back-ordered, which could have technically interfered with ...

Anyone else stocking up? I picked up a Lew's Tournament Speed Spool reel. Normal price is $149.99, but the BF sale takes 20% off, and Lew's has a $30 mail-in rebate. So, end up paying $90 for what ...

Thinking of adding another reel so I've been keeping my eyes open for great deals. This seems to fit the bill... TW has Daiwa T3 Ballistic casting reels on sale for $109.98, which is $140 off MSRP. ...

I've been using Sufix Performance Braid Lo-Vis Green for both my spinning and baitcasting reels (I'll throw on a Sniper FC leader as needed, especially on spinning gear). I know it's not the best stu ...

I might pick one up to try out. If it has problems, sounds like BPS is pretty good about standing behind their products.

FYI, it looks like the next gen version of the reel is out, which further e ...

Johnny Morris Carbonlite baitcasting reels are $50 off right now at BPS, for a final cost of $79.97. Normally I wouldn't be looking at these, but was debating picking one up as a cheap 4th baitcaster ...
