Not to be a 'bubble burster'... what would have to be done with fishing licenses??? Would all the Mass guys have to get CT fishing licenses if the lake was in CT, and vice versa??? Are there lakes ...

I fish the Concord fairly regularly... going out of the boat launch on the Bedford/Carlisle line, and I usually have a tough time catching the bass. There are places that look like 'prime bass spots' ...
