I saw an article on the boats this company produces and they seem to be a comfortable alternative to other fishing boats.

They also have a kayak paddle boat hybrid called the multisport that can have a human powered propulsion motor called "Propel"http://www.nativewatercraft.com/features/propel.cfm

However the multisport kayak can also mount an electric trolling motor in the same location.
