I have 2 kids (aged 5 and 6) who are ready to give fishing a try, so I'm looking for a spot around Arlington/Cambridge/Newton/Boston where they're going to have a good first experience -- one of those spots where you get a little sunfish on every cast.
hey bud, I grew up in Waltham on woerd ave, if you map it you'll see there is a boat ramp. nice dock, plenty of fish. or there are spots all along the back side of the old Waltham watch company building.
