Hello fellow fish folks,
I'm getting so tired of all this snow to shovel, let's start a fun discussion on hot spots for ice fishing in Southeastern MA. I usually go to Long Pond in Lakeville, its decent, a few decent size pickerel, med size largemouth bass, and perch pretty much a given. I'm looking for a spot to land some trout or salmon or another bass spot, does anyone have any help for me? I'm looking to stay inside 25 miles of the canal bridges that lead to the cape.
Happy Fishing Everyone!!

I meant to say on either side of the bridges to go fishing.

I'm not from the area, but have been reading nothing but awesome reports from the Norton Reservoir this year. Big bass coming out there...not sure where that is in relation to you, but seems like a spot worth checking out.

Welcome aboard!

Recap

Two 2+lb bass - one on a jig
1 3lb pick
1 little 15" pick
3 perch to 9"
1 12" sucker
100+ sunfish no exaggeration

Tip ups were slow but jig action was crazy

Second hole we dug produced medium to mostly large sunfish the entire day non stop. All appeared to have some kind of fish lice however.

Action packed day
