Pike Fishing Weather!

Is anybody as excited as I am for early spring pike fishing? this is when the monsters are most active and ill be trying for the next 2-3 months to land my PB. The toothy terrors are waiting for lures and mackerel to hit the water.

I am take that you are fishing at Merrimack river for them?

I am targeting them at this spring too! What is your PB for them? My is 23 pounds/45 incher. Skinny pike but good enough for me! (It was caught in New York) I never target them in Mass. Now, I am definitely have some time to target them. Maybe I will bump into you at someday...

my PB is only 18 pounds and i usually only fish mass for them and get the big ones through the ice. I just moved to tyngsboro a few months ago and have been fishing the merrimack and concord a bit, im looking forward to throwing my kayak in both rivers all spring/summer for some walleye and northerns
