Hull ID number

I'm trying to register a 10 ft bass tender, does anyone know where the hull ID number is on one of these?

It depends on how old the boat is. Older boats have the hull number in the back of the boat to right of where the trolling motor goes. On the outside. If its newer than 1990 it should be on the hull a few inches down.
