2014 open water shake down splash with dad. Decided to make it a leisurely start for recently stocked trout. headed east to a favorite pond. Despite traditional prepping of boat and gear for the trip the typical gremlins showed up! i won't bore you with details but finally got on the water at 1300hrs, water 42F with a steady 15mphNW wind ughhhh. managed to pull off some nice trout and a silly larry! Great day over all good first trip!
