JM Carbonlite baitcasters $50 off. Anyone use them?

Johnny Morris Carbonlite baitcasting reels are $50 off right now at BPS, for a final cost of $79.97. Normally I wouldn't be looking at these, but was debating picking one up as a cheap 4th baitcaster. Anyone got any experience with these? Looks like the current models might have more problems than the older ones, which may explain the discount of almost 40%.

I got the JM carbolnite baitcasting combo for my son a few months ago and I also use it from time to time. You cant beat that deal. I like it better than my abu garcia revo premier Gen3.

I might pick one up to try out. If it has problems, sounds like BPS is pretty good about standing behind their products.

FYI, it looks like the next gen version of the reel is out, which further explains the price cut.
