Nice work guys.We went for a short venture at Indian Head and got zero.Didn't have all day to fish or we would have been there.

Weird day for me. I caught one relatively early on a crankbait in five or six feet of water. But as the sun got higher, I started seeing fish shallow, usually darting out of the overhanging brush. I think that kind of tricked me into fishing too shallow for most of the day.

Three times, twice at the edge of brush piles and once on a dock, bass swiped at my jig but I never got the hook-up. The bass on the dock went for it three times! They were acting like they were on beds: they would nose down on the bait, gills would flare, I'd set the hook, and then...nothing. So weird.
