spicy salmon Recipe for Atlantic Salmon

Title: spicy salmon

Servings: 4
Difficulty: Intermediate
Prep Time: 15min
Cook Time: 20 min
Ingredients: 2LB salmon fillet. 1 8oz can crushed pinapple. 1 2oz can hot jalepenos. 1 yellow pepper. 1 red pepper. 1/2 cup crushed red pepper. salt. pepper
Directions: chop up yellow pepper, red pepper, crushed pineapple, and jalepeno. place in plastic bowl.

remove salmon from packaging. pat dry. springle salt and pepper. shake all 1/2 cup of crushed red pepper onto top of salmon.

bake salmon at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until fish is flaky when touched with a fork.

take plastic bowl of pepper/pineapple and garnish the salmon.

enjoy!
Other Notes: goes well with white rice as well.

this dish is a hot one!
