pinewood lake, pinewood trailer park, plymouth ma. If you like to camp and fish Pinewood Lodge is the place to go. The people are pleasant and helpful and the fish are pleantiful. There's largemouth bass, crappie, blue gill and pickerel of good size. My largest bass the last time I went there was 6 lbs. Haven't been there for a few years, but every time I went there it was good fishing.Health issues have kept me away, but I am hoping to go there next season. Posted at 08:59 PM

Ames Norwell State Park In 2009 & 2010 fished Cleveland Pond in the park and caught a large qty of fish. nothing too big but never got skunked. Crappie, blue gill,red gill, yellow perch,bass were rhe catches. Hiking on the trail in the fall of 2010, came across a herd of white tail deer about 20 ft away. They ran up the hill and into the woods and stopped to see what we were doing. One of the best wildlife encounters I have had Posted at 08:23 PM

Monponsett Pond In 2009 my son-in-law and I fished Monponsett Pond alot and I caught a lot of white perch, a few bluegills, a couple of yellow perch and 10 largemouth bass with one weighing 2lbs-one at 3lbs-one at 4lbs. The rest were around a pound. Posted at 08:12 PM

N.H. river fishing One weekend last summer went camping with my family and also went fishing on the Pemiggawasset( not sure of spelling) river and caught my first smallmouth bass. It was a 4lb fish and caught 2 smaller ones after that. Posted at 08:03 PM |
