I arrived at Pleasant Pond in Wenham about noon time today to bass fish with the wife in my jon boat.  Much to my dismay some elderly gentleman was hogging up the entire ramp with 2 rods and his chair right in the middle of the ramp and hardtimed me because I politely asked him to move his chair so I could back my vehicle and unload my cartop jon boat!! After some rude remarks by him he took his time moving the chair!  Once in the water he stopped fishing and was watching us fish.  He put his gear in his truck and just stood there !  I suspected that if we moved down the pond this guy may have done some damage to our van so I stayed there right off the ramp in my boat then after about 30 mins he left.  Wish the state or town would post a sign saying NO FISHING ON THE RAMP.
