Charles River Bass Master Challenge

Running commentary....

Put in an hour or so on the Charles in watertown at dusk last night.  It was day two of qualifying for the Charles River Bass Master Challenge between LarrystrueFather and I.  Edged him out by a Bass, which wasnt too tough given that he was catching tree limbs and leaves all day, and no, you get no points in the Challenge for hooking foliage.  My lone catch on the night brought the fish totals at the end of day 2 of qualifying to:

Larrystruefather: 3 bass

LarryLunker: 1 bass and 1 yellow perch.

Getting many inqueries on top water rigs, rooster tails and Booyah jigs in this particular section of the river.

Day 3 of qualifying proves to be a pivotal day in seeding for the Challenge.  I will need to come out firing and hope LTF winds up in the trees again.

LTF: you owe me two top waters- one being a new Hula Popper

"No wasted inqueries"    (said in british voice)
