Fished 1/2 of the body of water/shore/middle etc. caugt several ranging from 1-3lb on Wacky rig. Went to other side underneath tunnel. Caught 6lb on same set up working the cover. Awesome place. Comment: I fished there near the boat ramp for an hr or so last week. Caught a small LMB and 1 keeper (just barely). The water was VERY low. If launching a boat, be very carefull, that ramp is in ruff shape.

Comment: Heading to Dark Brook with muskisbrother. We got big bait and lots of it. The fish will have to start bitting sooner or later. I hope to have pics and a story later tonight.

Comment: the water is still down a lot. I wanna say the tunnels water mark is like 4-5 ft above the water. I only go out in a 14ft aluminum with a trolling motor so i dont run into any problems. They should put it back up soon though i would think

Comment: how is the water level right now? Can you get a boat through the tunnel yet if you are brave enough to launch? I hate how the town drains it so much.

Comment: There is fallen timber that scatters the middle section of the lake(big side). The big fish love the weeds at this place. Drag something pegged in the weeds in about 7-8+ feet of water. Start at the pump house too. Cooking a stick bait wacky style in the 10 foot hole off of the pump house usually will yield great numbers with the occational 2-3 lber in there. The bigger ones are in the coves, in the weeds.

Comment: I moved to this lake a couple of years ago and have heard about big pike and largemouth being pulled out. I have yet to get a big bass but there are a lot of small ones here. Fished for 5 hours the other day and ended with 12 lrg mouth, a big black crappie, and a big pickerel. I will be out a bunch this year to try and prove the stories i hear. Enjoy!
