Comment: I can confirm Badlarry's report. We were spoiled when the water level was low. Big fish in there and plenty of different of spots to hit whether you are trying to hit the cover along the shoreline or if you are trying to hit the deep.

Comment: Shhhhhh!!!!scfp I just started fishing this lovely body of water this year.Doesn't come off as your typical pickerel water (not much weeds)but I have caught some big ones this yr.In spring when water was real low because they were working on dam we would be bummed out to catch anything under 3lbs really I had days when I would catch 4lbers on 4 straight casts I have a friend who could back this up best fishing of my life little tougher now but also had some really nice smallies in the 2-3lb variety the fish eat very well here tons of bait fish fishing has slowed in summer but caught a solid 3 the other day just harder to find tend to go deep or hang out under shade I'm only5 minutes away so I love this place!

Comment: The information listed is very out-dated; for one thing, the "MDC" does not even exist any longer: The Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) now manages these waterways and MANY of the rules & regulations HAVE changed; go to http://www.mass.gov/dcr/watersupply/watershed/pacc.htm for much more current information.
