Comment: I guess you were lucky that the hooks didn't go in past the barbs. My ER nurse wife see's them in the all the time with lures hanging from appendages. I was bloodied myself last weekend. Between getting harpooned by Larry's spines, my thumbs cut from lipping many Larry's for nine hours and finally hooking myself multiple times my hands were a mess and sore.

Comment: I've had a tough week got sliced by braid battling a pike earlier this wk but the fish have rewarded me nicely have had a great week of fishing.Like they say no pain no gain!
