12 ft v hull fishing boat. Buint the front deck up like a mini bass boat, installed new floor and carpeted. Custom installed front foot controlled trolling motor. Has new Hummingbird 570 fishfinder, works mint. Includes batteries, charger, paddle(for emergency).already did the bargaining for you at $800. Forgot to mention the trailer, mint with 2 new tail lights just inslalled.

i'd say about 2 ft, but I never measured. I brought it to some really shallow areas where I would pull up the troller and use the paddle
