Billington Sea Question

Thanks in advance, looking to try Billington, haven't fished there in a few years.. If I arrive early do you still need to pay the park fee?? Also how is the ramp?? I remember it being iffy at best..

Ramp is crap...might be able to avoid paying if u go early but not 100% sure. They might get u on the way out.
