i seem to have the reel nrrowed down to penn with a lever drag possibly an international 30 or a tourque. any suggestions first on the reel, it definetly has to be lever drag an although penn has served me well in the best if another reel is better reccomended ill go for it. im looking for like the best. now for a rod thats a little bit trickier i want a rod thats big enough to handle football tuna but light enough for stripers to still be fun and so mething thats usable for cod. it doesnt have to be ideal a i hardly ever fish for cod. and im assuming anything that could handle a tuna would also be good for chink baiting sharks. for the rod im willing to spend anywhere up to 250 dollars. the reel imwilling to go to 400 dollars. i saw a setup at redtop for 600 bucks had an international tourque reel but i forget what the rod was. whats a good rod?
