Hi all,

I was wondering how Fairhaven Bay and the Concord River are for bass? I am thinking about heading out this weekend if anyone wants to join!

Ok listen, forget tha bass at fairhaven, there certainly bass over there. But I recomend you load your spool with a good braid and a paddle toad, and head to (looking at the map view feature on this site, the top right ciorner of the bay) and get yourself a 9-12lb pike.
What a time bro sneak in there all stealth like and hold on!
Good luck

Fairhaven's great, but it seems real grassy this year..

Fairhaven bay was pretty murkey...Spent about 30-45 minutes over there and had maybe 2 bites. Moved up river and landed two bass over another 30-45 minutes and had hits almost every bite. Short trip, but overall I'm very happy with the River. Saw a massive carp (+20 lbs) jump straight out of the water about 40 ft from the boat. The scenery is great and I think there are some really good fish in that waterway. Definitely going back there soon.
