With work and crappy weather my only time to fish this week is sunday afternoon to sunday evening.... with high tide being around noon would it be better to fish the high and outgoing in the afternoon or the last bit of outgoing through slack and into the incoming tide in the evening? I will be striper fishing the islands. I am a novice when it comes to striper fishing.... i actually caught my first striper from a boat last weekend.
