There will be a free educational (not sales pitch) seminar Wednesday evening at the Osterville Anglers Club in Osterville (72 Crosby Circle) entitled "the effects of ocean conditions on the catchability and movements of tuna, sharks, and billfish" being given by Dr. Mitchell Roffer of Roffer's Ocean Fishing Forecasting Service, Inc. (ROFFS). Meeting scheduled to start at 6PM. This is open to the public  |
