Good places on the mighty Merrimack?

Hey guys, I just recently got into carp fishing. I was wondering if any of you had any good carp spots in the Methuen/Haverhill area. I currently fish the shut down rest area on 110 in Haverhill. Some BIG carp to be caught there! I've pulled a few out that were 20 PLUS!

You are in a good spot already, anywhere that is tidal has huge carp on the merrimack.

Try any spots on the river where a tributary is dumping into the river... They prove to be good spots in general since the carp will always stay close to them looking for the food that comes out of the tributary into the river!
