I'm in. Are we parking/launching at the beach?

There is a state boat ramp but you should not park there. There is town parking adjacent to the boat ramp. You just turn left out of the ramp area and then make your first left into the beach parking area. I am told that in the off season we can park there without a risk of getting towed or ticketed. We can also park in the high school parking lot without risk. There are also a few spots on the street.

Looks like the diehards are going to have a nice little gathering. I haven't fished Massapoag in many years so I looking forward to it.

It was a great morning with calm water and cloud cover. Everyone weighed in fish though it took a

1. tomp for the win with three fish for 5+ pounds, all fish found tight along shore. This was his fourth win in a row
2. mainiac for second place with 4+, found most drop shotting 18-20 ft

buffalo78 with 4+
juggernoob with 4+ and lunker at 3.8
bloomagoo with 1.13 fishing the fly rod only

Posted Mon Oct 07, 2013 1:15 pm

It was, wasn't it. Cool

Yes, a few smallies were in the mix. No trout this time, though.
