I had to replace the helm and cables on my Ranger about the end of the season. When I finished I went out with my Grandson and something wasn't right both my HDS units would not find the Point One and the structure scan box wasn't working for sidescan....Weather wasn't cooperating with me to get out there and track down the problem but finally found a broken power wire on the backbone for NEMA system so that took care of the Point One and then a broken ground for the SS box so all is back to normal except now the ponds aren't open enough and the weather not warm enough for me to get out...Watch out when running new wires or accessories in your boats
