what time of day to go trout fishin

if your going fly fishing in a stream i would say early morning to mid day when flys start to hatch. in a pond or lake id say 1 1/2- 2 hours before dark right through dusk is your best bet.

personally i (generally) have my best luck in the morning, not sunrise, but usually between 7 and 11 am.

I'm also a morning guy when it comes to trout fishing but evening bite before sun down can also be productive mid day not so much.

yea mid day not so much but wen the sun slightly warms the water. (stream fishing)
