first fish of 2010!

aaahhh, nice to finally get my string pulled!! I went out to Great Quitticas Pond for an hour or so this afternoon and got one chain pickerel on the old trusty spinnerbait...

yeah, I was pretty happy today - first trip of the year and I didn't get skunked. I got the pick about 20 minutes after I got there...

I have been out twice this year already and have been skunked both times. I am hoping tomorrow will be the day.

I was finally able to catch my first fish of the season. Me and my grandfather went fishing from the shore of Eddy Pond in Auburn. I caught a 10 inch pickerel, and my grandfather caught a 12 inch largemouth. I will try to create a trip or at least add the pictures.
