trolling motor

I know this might sound dumb is it possiable to mount a trolling motor on a yak?? I am looking into getting a yak but have a very bad back and I am not sure if I can handle the paddeling. And I need something light. Sorrry new to kayaking.

I never used a yak but i have seen portable trolling motors for them. If not i find it hard to believe i couldn't mount one .

yeah if you look around on the web some guys have made some good looking rigs for their kayaks. me and my buddy made something similiar to this for his canoe
