i recently located a site, i believe on youtube that showed a gentleman putting wheels under his boat and had a strap that went from bottom to top of boat.he then used a ratchet strap to tighten.i do not think it was a homemade job.does anyone know of a place to purchase or have an idea of making such an item ?.as everyone has seen the baby bass hunter with wheels, which i intent to purchase later. if you have seen or have an idea please email me..thanks a lot

Cabela's sells the wheels as well. they call it a kayak carrier or transport. here is the link.http://www.cabelas.com/product/Boating/Canoes-Kayaks-Small-Boats/Storage-Transportation%7C/pc/104794380/c/104710680/sc/104608080/Cabelas-CanoeKayak-Carriers/1152380.uts?destination=%2Fcatalog%2Fbrowse%2Fboating-canoes-kayaks-small-boats-storage-transportation%2F_%2FN-1100579%2FNs-CATEGORY_SEQ_104608080%3FWTz_l%3DSBC%253Bcat104794380%253Bcat104710680&WTz_l=SBC%3Bcat104794380%3Bcat104710680%3Bcat104608080.
Link looks long so if it does not work go to cabelas then boating them canoes and kayaks then small boat storage and transpotation.
I had one of these for my crawdad and it worked great. You do need 2 people to load it easily. It can be done with one person but it can be difficult. |
