| Looking for a decent trolling motor, must be 24v, at least 70#. Anyone??? |

| Thx Johnny, I WAS looking for something used, but hodges has a real good deal on that motorguide fw75. Any experience with motorguide? I've heard good things |

I would strongly advise you spend the extra cash and buy a Minn Kota , Motorguide trolling motors suck to be honest, I have a Motorguide bow mount troller , worst mistake I ever made trust me, |

I have a motor-guide and it's awesome. Never had any problem other than a switch. I hear they suck but it is like a ford/chevy argument. I don't believe it.
I had a minnkota too and had same problem.
My motor is pretty old and runs strong.
I have no issues with either company. |
