Review: Gould Street, Alfred Road, and the park on Spy Pond Parkway are also some other spots you can try. Weedless setups are your best bet this time a year. actually tried the Rt 2 side last night also and there are weeds 15 to 20 feet out from the shore. Caught 2 small bass with senkos, would have been tough landing a lunker
