Anyone know where the heaviest blue action is?

Any insight as to where the blues are most active this year would be much appreciated.

The temperature has been so warm that, incredibly enough, they are still around and seem like they will be around for at least a few more weeks...

I've been hitting them like crazy at the JFK Library.
