I am sharing here people......while u might pay $5-7.00 a bag for gary yamomoto baits, I have been purchasing them cheaper on Ebay. I have now found an all time low seller. His name is Mike and he is purchasing a huge lot from a guy who is going out of business. I have just placed a huge order myself and since there are so many great people on this website that I have already met, i am sharing the info with the rest of u.

I hope it helps u all out as I am sure the prices will.

here is his link;

I found another great place to purchase inexpensive lures. It's called Overstock Bait & Tackle. A couple of weeks ago they had a huge selection of plastic bait on sale for only 99 cents per bag (10 senkos in each bag). We were skeptical, but we have fished with what we purchased here and it worked great. Here is the website:

How long do those plastics last in the bag opened/unopened? Do I have to store them special or anything?

This is my first year trying plastics seriously, so I have a few bags, but I just bought them this year and they're fine.

I have plastics in a bag older than you....lol

I never had to switch out a bag and I store at room temperature.

You are very welcome. Besides lures and plastic baits they have fishing line, some reels and other fishing necessities. The inventory seems to change quite a bit so check out the site often (damn..too bad I don't get a portion of the profits!)

Glad a newbie like me could offer some good info..especially after all of the great tips I've gotten from you experts!!
