South Shore bass representing in 2nd and 3rd!!!

I happen to be one of the lucky ones that found a shoreline out of the wind. It was blowing just enough to push the fish into the deep shoreline. My partner and I caught 2 good fish within 20 minutes, so we decided to stay in the area all day. We only fished about 50 yards of shoreline- there were tree limbs in the water- on the drop from 3ft down to 6 ft. We caught them on tubes and a zoom speed craw, texas rigged. We also caught perch, pickeral, and crappie. That was another reason for staying- all the bait fish were in that area.

I assume you were fishing the east side? Did you launch on that side or did you go through the passage to get over there?

The tournament rules stated you had to pick a side to fish and stay on that side. I've had too many fishless days on the west side !!!!!!
